[NEWS] K&P Vietnam Manager Explores Korea
2025.07.07
Mr. AN, the production team leader of the P&P line at K&P Vietnam, is currently working at K&P’s headquarters in Korea for a three-month practical training program.
To help deepen his understanding of Korean culture beyond just work experience, K&P is operating a monthly Korean Cultural Experience Program. As part of this initiative, Mr. AN recently visited Gyeongju, a city rich in history and tradition, for a cultural field trip.
This cultural experience in Gyeongju was more than just sightseeing—it served as an educational opportunity to learn and experience Korean history and spirit firsthand, making it a meaningful and memorable journey.
The first stop was Donggungwon, a modern ecological park that reimagines the ancient palace Donggung and Wolji from the Silla Dynasty. Walking through this space, Mr. AN was able to experience the harmony and beauty of Korea’s ancient royal culture.
Next, he visited the Gyeongju National Museum, where he explored a wide range of artifacts that reflect the glory of Silla and its rich cultural heritage.
The final part of the trip included visits to Hwangnyongsa Temple Site and Cheonmachong Tomb, where he reflected on the architectural and artistic achievements of the Silla period, as well as the philosophies embedded within them.
Mr. AN shared his thoughts, saying, “I was impressed that Korean traditional culture is not just something of the past, but still very much alive in people’s daily lives. It’s truly meaningful to be able to learn both work and culture at the same time.”
K&P will continue to promote cultural exchange with its overseas employees, striving to build a global corporate culture rooted in mutual understanding and respect for diverse backgrounds.
